I hate to comment ... I hate to comment on a post that is a couple of months old, but it seems to me like you are a glutton for punishment, so I felt I should. You sir, are being a pedant - and a pretty poor one. You know what Scott means, I know what Scott means, I hope mister vonlubcke knows what Scott means. He is extending is elbows away from his body, which makes perfect sense.? The only thing Scott should be studying is "How to deal with pedantic weirdos - for Dummies".
in the video, he ... in the video, he says extension of the ELBOWS. BUT, his elbows remain at a relative 90 degree angle NOT extending at all. He is however, extending his SHOULDERS.
Look up an audiologist AND an Optometrist around your area. They may be able to? help you.

Hey Scott, just ... Hey Scott, just looking for some advice in regards to body tone.
I don't wish to lose weight,? i am 19 years old, 45 kilograms and about 5'4. Losing weight would be fatal lol but I love to exercise and want to keep my body toned and firm. I currently do 30 minutes of intense running 5 days a week and alternate days where i target core, obliques, upper and lower abs. I am worried that the cardio will make me lose weight. What do you suggest i change and/or add in to my regime?
